Today we continue on our journey of lateral ankle sprain rehabilitation. This is the final video in our 3 part series on lateral ankle sprain rehabilitation. In the last video we took a look at a case study of a previous patient of mine with a lateral ankle sprain. We went over her plan of care and initial treatments. In today's video we go over how we progressed her care over time and addresses return to sport / activity and discharge. Enjoy!
