coach

Fitness professionals receive little to no education on how to handle pain and injury in the gym.

I've been a strength coach, CrossFit (TM) coach and personal trainer for more than 15 years.  What I've learned is that a good coach requires a lot of things. They must know how to assess for mobility limitations, how to modify exercises for athletes in pain, how to prevent injuries among other things.

This all needs to occur simultaneously while working towards their client's goals. This is no small task and school or certifications do little to address a lot of these topics.  I'll help to supply you with the tools to help set you apart from the competition.

Coaches and trainers get very little education on injury and pain.  Let me help you understand how to navigate painful people in the gym.

Below are some of the courses I’ve designed for coaches and trainers to set you apart from the competition.
