Hey all,
I had the pleasure of being on Sarah Polacco’s podcast “Purposeful Strength” recently. Sarah is a phenomenal strength coach over at Achieve Fitness in Boston MA. Sarah and I often end up working with athletes together (me for physical therapy and Sarah for fitness) and this ends up being a really good relationship. Fitness and therapy go together well and having a coach that understands the therapy side of things goes a long way in terms of long term success with rehabilitation.
Sarah has a great podcast and she wanted to talk crossfit with me. I’m always down for that. We talked quite a bit about whether or not Crossfit was the best way to achieve fitness, kipping (I honestly can’t help myself) as well as the current disconnect between crossfit athletes and our health care profession. Give it a listen by clicking on the link below:

If you enjoyed our talk please subscribe to, rate and review Sarah’s “Purposeful Strength Podcast”. She’s got some great content and is a very smart coach.
