In today's video we go over When is it SAFE to return to sport after ACL-reconstruction?

Are your athletes really ready to return to sport after ACL reconstruction? Sending them back too soon can lead to re-injury and even retirement.  In this video, we'll break down the EXACT return-to-sport testing battery used in a 2024 study that showed a 36% REDUCTION in re-injury rates when passed! (Dowd et al. 2024)
