Today, we're diving into the super exciting world of glute medius exercise and why understanding how to introduce and progress these movements is important for your patient's success.
The gluteus medius, a key player in hip stability, is often overlooked in favor of its more popular sibling, the gluteus maximus. However, the glute medius is extremely important in pathologies such as glute medius tendinopathy, femoral acetabular impingement syndrome and patellofemoral pain, some crowd favorites.
