ultimate OVERHEAD

MOBILITY program

Master Mobility for Jerks, Snatches, Handstands, and other Overhead Exercises

Need some help with mobility for your overhead lifts?

Let's face it, nailing a perfect snatch is going to take great mobility.  The same can be said for the front rack position for the clean and jerk and squat mobility needed for all other lower body exercises.

This lack of mobility leads to major difficulty getting into optimal positions.  Luckily we can improve our mobility and technique.  However, things get a little complicated when trying to figure out a solution.

Why overhead mobility?

Mobility is needed in the shoulder, elbows, and thoracic spine to get into an overhead position needed for Olympic lifting, handstands, and other overhead exercises.

If we want a great overhead position we’ll have to work on these areas in order to progress.  For most people, the range of motion in their elbow is fine, so we focus on the other areas in this program.

Mobility can be improved through foam rolling, stretching, eccentric exercises, and training through a full range of motion

For this reason, I’ve created the Ultimate Overhead Mobility Program. This 30 day program will include a combination of all of these interventions to maximize improvements in overhead mobility.

This course includes

  1. 1
5 days per week of mobility drills lasting a total of 4 weeks.
  2. 2
10-15 minute sessions meant to be performed prior to training
  3. 3
Step-by-Step video demonstrations of all mobility drills.
  4. 4
Progressively more challenging mobility drills each week.
  5. 5
Reinforcement exercises to promote greater mobility.
  6. 6
The ability to get back to training with increased overhead mobility.

People should have access to reasonably priced information to help them reach peak performance safely. That’s why I'm offering these programs at an affordable price.

No gimmicks, just accessible, high-quality mobility programs.

Is this a physical DVD or all online?

This course is 100% online through a platform called Kajabi.  There is no physical DVD.  The course can be accessed via any phone, tablet, or computer.

Can I get CEUs if I am a therapist, athletic trainer, or coach?

Unfortunately, due to the complexity and number of governing organizations, this course is not currently approved for CEU's. We are hoping to get courses approved in the future!

How long do I have access to this course?

How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course (pending you are not sharing free access to friends!) for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.

Are the information and terminology too complex for me?

Definitely not! Dan uses highly scientific information but works hard to explain complex things in a simple language. This is in an effort to help everyone understand, and also to help transfer the ideas to the gym the next day.

How much does the course cost?

The programs are priced at $19.99 each. You can save when buying all 3 at once. Programs will also occasionally go on sale.
