This Privacy Policy explains how Fitness Pain Free LLC (“Fitness Pain Free,” “we,” “us”), a Massachusetts limited liability company, collects, uses and protects your information when you visit fitnesspainfree.com, join our email list, or buy or use our courses and programs.
Information you give us. When you download a free resource, join our newsletter, contact us or make a purchase, we collect information such as your name, email address and any message you send. When you buy a course or membership, our course platform collects the billing details needed to process your payment. We do not store your full card number on our website.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see below).

• Google Analytics – understanding how visitors use our website (only with your permission)
• Google reCAPTCHA – protecting our forms from spam
• Google Fonts – displaying fonts
• YouTube and Vimeo – embedded videos (only with your permission)
• WP Engine – website hosting
Each of these companies handles your information under its own privacy policy.
If you join our email list, we’ll send you the resource you requested plus our newsletter and occasional promotional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, or by contacting us.

Our website and courses are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
