We've all seen those loosy goosy clients. They can palm the floor. The elbows hyperextend. Their overhead squat looks amazing. However, these folks can run into issues just as stiff folks do. In this FPF show we go over a client of mine with multi-direction instability (MDI) and how we got out of pain and back to training in the gym. Enjoy!
