Hi I'm Dan Pope,
I have a doctorate in physical therapy, am an orthopedic clinical specialist and a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
I also have over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and coach.
I've competed as a Division 1 athlete at Rutgers University as a polevaulter, won a state and national championship in the sport of strongman and have competed twice at the crossfit regionals.
I travel and speak internationally on the topics of rehabilitation and injury prevention.
I've worked with athletes from all levels ranging from your average Joe and Jane up to the professional, olympic and crossfit games level athlete.
Most importantly, helping others with training and rehabilitation is what I've devoted my life toward. It is absolutely my passion. That's why I feel strongly that I'll be able to help you!

This training program is 100% online through a platform called Kajabi. There is no physical DVD. The course can be accessed via any phone, tablet or computer.
Yes! I've provided simple modification infographics to modify the major lifts if you've got a history of pain and injury in a specific location.
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you'll get a new program every 30 days. Once you have access to that program you can download it and keep it for as long as you'd like.
A basic understanding of how to perform various pressing, squatting and deadlifting is required to use this program. If you can handle that then you'll do great!
