Unfortunately, if you've been performing bench press, dips or push-ups for long enough chances are you've experienced some sort of shoulder pain.  Trouble is, these are great movements.  If we have pain bad enough then it will keep us from the benefits of these exercises. I made a quick video below demonstrating potentially why these injuries are occurring.  Check it out below:
