This week we switch gears and start talking deadlifting and hip pain. Hip pain during the sumo deadlift is a very specific type of injury you see predominantly in powerlifters. Often times it pops up during periods of high intensity or volume phase or when peaking for an upcoming meet. This can be a drag because it can really hamper your performance.
Kiefer and I go over this issue and a bunch of ways to work around it. In the video below we cover:
