    Please sign me up for your newsletter, etc. Thank you! I found my way here by way of a mention on Strength Matters of Brettzel Work. Searching for that led me to your good video. I immediately felt taller after doing the stretch on both sides. My ‘sport’ these days is Argentine tango, so I’m particularly interested in all postural matters, leg and core strength, and balance. This was my first exposure to the ‘serape spiral’, and I found it most interesting and useful. Thank you again.
