I’ve got a bunch of new goals for the year of 2016 so I thought I’d get them out here to keep myself accountable. I’ve been on a gymnastics kick lately, so my goals revolve around it. Here goes:
- Freestanding paralette handstand pushup – got this one!
- Front lever
- 1 arm pull-up (No opposing arm help)
- Straddle planche (paralettes)
- Iron Cross (I know it’s bold)
Wish me luck! Hopefully this will give you all some motivation to work after those goals. I’ll keep you updated as we go,
